The UYI has made partnerships and international cooperation one of its priorities and views international relations as an essential tool for achieving excellence in research and education.
At UYI, we believe that international exchange is an essential way to learn from one another and that students must be prepared for the global job market that awaits them.
The UYI has therefore established partnerships with universities around the world. These partnership agreements not only provide for student exchanges, but also pave the way for interdisciplinary research projects and researcher exchanges.
L’UYI est fortement ancrée dans le paysage académique international, développant des collaborations pour la recherche, la mobilité et la formation. Elle est membre d’organisations prestigieuses et multiplie les partenariats directs.
Les principaux réseaux et affiliations :
- Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) : L’UYI est membre de l’AUF, s’impliquant activement dans la région Afrique Centrale et Grands Lacs (ACGL), notamment via le Collège Doctoral Régional Humanités & Sociétés.
- Association des universités du Commonwealth (ACU) : Réseau permettant des échanges avec des universités anglophones.
- Association internationale des universités (AIU) : Organisation mondiale regroupant des institutions d’enseignement supérieur.
- Université Virtuelle d’Afrique Centrale : Implication dans des réseaux numériques régionaux.
