There are numerous research entities operating within the University of
Yaounde I (UYI). They bring together academics, scientists, administrative and
technical staff, Cameroonians and foreigners, etc., who all share a passion for
research.
The UYI’s research strategy is defined by the Board of Governors, with
guidance from the Research Council
