Board of Governors
The Board of Governors is the decision-making body of the University of
Yaounde I (UYI). Its composition and powers are set out in the instruments in
force. It is chaired by the Chairperson of the Board of Governors, while the
Rector provides secretarial duties. The Board of Governors meets at least
twice a year to consider the matters submitted thereto
