A highly instructive conference was held on Thursday in Amphi 225 of the Faculty of Science of Education (FSE) at UYI, on the theme: \"Creation, management and leadership of a successful Cameroonian company: The case of Fran\u00e7ois Sant\u00e9 \u2013 B\u00f4me Fran\u00e7ois\".\u00a0Cr\u00e9ation, management et leadership d\u2019une entreprise camerounaise \u00e0 succ\u00e8s : Cas de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Fran\u00e7ois Sant\u00e9 \u2013 B\u00f4me Fran\u00e7ois\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>

Chaired by the Dean of the FSE, Prof. Bienvenue Cyrille Bela, the meeting brought together many students who came to draw inspiration from the career of Mr Fran\u00e7ois D\u00e9sir\u00e9 Ekouma Ananga, CEO of Fran\u00e7ois Sant\u00e9, better known as \"B\u00f4me Fran\u00e7ois\". The entrepreneur shared his experience and the success story of his company, which produces a 100% Cameroonian drug currently distributed in all ten regions of the country and beyond, including in Europe and America.<\/div>

In his speech, Prof. Bienvenu Cyrille Bela praised the initiative, which he said was \"fully in line with the new law on higher education policy, which focuses on university-business relations\". He also reassured students that such meetings would be held more frequently throughout the academic year, following the guidelines set out by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. R\u00e9my Magloire Etoua, to strengthen the entrepreneurial culture within the university community.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
