These partnerships include the creation of specialized laboratories (e.g., Rohde &amp; Schwarz at ENSPY), the integration of professional programs, and incubators for student projects.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>The main areas of collaboration:<\/div><ul><li>Technology and Research Partnerships: Inauguration of state-of-the-art laboratories, particularly in the fields of electrical engineering and electronics, in collaboration with Rohde &amp; Schwarz at  the National Polytechnic School of Yaound\u00e9 (NAPSY).<\/li><li>Professional Development and Integration: Collaboration with the private sector to promote youth integration, supported by initiatives such as the Steering Committee of the AUF\u2019s ENTREPRENDRE Program.<\/li><li>Business Incubators: ENSPY hosts business incubators that receive government support (SME) for student projects.<\/li><li>Academic and Infrastructure Partnerships: Agreements with companies to develop skills and the national workforce, such as the agreement with CFHEC regarding infrastructure.<\/li><li>Digitalization: Partnership with companies such as e-Governance Global Innovation Solutions LTD for plagiarism checks on theses.<\/li><\/ul><div>These initiatives aim to bridge the gap between academic education and the needs of the job market in
